Resonant Information Systems was born in 2022 from a desire to share our expertise in hands-on solutions to the challenges that schools and districts face when it comes to data management, systems integration, and process workflows.
With two decades of experience in the international education landscape as teacher, senior leader and school data platforms developer and integrator, we are passionate about breaking data silos and empowering schools to reach educational success.
About the Director

William Faure is the Founder and Director of Resonant Information Systems. His area of focus is to automate and digitalise operations and optimize the software portfolio to support teaching and learning in the international education sector.
William brings nearly 20 years of IT and teaching experience across multiple schools and geographies. Prior to starting Resonant Information Systems, he served 4 years as Chief Information Officer at Taipei European School, an 1,800-student international school that has attracted worldwide attention with its unique model for integrating British, French and German curricula, before moving in 2019 to the position of Senior Software Engineer and focusing on the full-scale design of platforms and the augmentation of the existing landscape of systems.
Earlier in his career, he taught in France for two years, before moving to Taipei European School, serving first as the coordinator of Secondary for 7 years, and subsequently for 2 years as the Head of IT for French Section, while continuing to teach high school mathematics full-time during these 9 years.
William is a French Ministry of Education certified secondary mathematics teacher who holds a Bachelor degree in mathematics and a MSc degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering with honours. The outcomes of his academia research have been published in the International Journal of the Eurographics Association Computer Graphics Forum and presented at the Pacific Graphics International Conference.
